Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial ships with 20 demo leads, 3 ready-made cadences and two booking slots. Upgrade only if you’re convinced.
Are WhatsApp/SMS/SMTP costs included?
We pass provider fees through (Meta, Twilio, Resend…). You pay Pipelane for orchestration + AI only.
Can I upgrade or add users mid-cycle?
Yes. Plans, packs and users can be adjusted anytime; billing is pro-rated automatically.
How do quotas reset?
Lead and messaging quotas reset monthly. Identity limits follow the fair-use policy (200–300 sends/identity/day).
